My number one goal with American Civil War Story is to provide my readers with top quality information about the Civil War. So, in an effort to do just that, I have decided to add an interview section to the site.
In this section I will be interviewing various writers, historians, etc. who have interesting things to say about the Civil War, and are willing to share them with me and and my readers. I hope you enjoy reading these interviews as much as I enjoy conducting them.

USS Monitor

The USS Monitor was one of the first ironclads built for the Union Navy. She fought the CSS Virginia at the momentous Battle of Hampton Roads on March 9, 1862.
